Our Cause:
Wayward is building infrastructure for care, cultural life, community practice, research, and public imagination.
That work requires money for our community: facilitators, clinicians, artists, researchers, organizers, elders, teachers, students, lived experience practitioners, program participants, volunteers, and community members whose labour or presence deserves to be supported.
Your support can help us:
Keep community programs accessible;
pay people fairly for their work;
develop new cultural and seasonal programming;
create counselling and care initiatives;
support research, training, and advocacy;
give promising ideas enough time and space to become real.
Money isn't the only thing communities circulate.
We are also looking for partners, spaces, materials, expertise, introductions, volunteers, collaborators, sponsors, and people who can help open doors.
